Sometimes a defect on the material is detected at your customer facility or on the field and you need to certify your quality by doing a sorting and inspection of all the material that is in your customer facility and in transit. That can cost you a lot of money and a big complaint from your customer. A better and cheaper way is to contract a third party sorting company like SIR de Mexico to do the job. We will take care of your material by sorting and providing you a brief report on the findings. We will use your provided specs to better assure the quality of your material.

After sorting your parts, those that were found as not compliant to the specs may be fixed by doing a rework on them. That can be removing a flash or cleaning contamination, disassembly and reassembly. And for those that can be reworked then you will decide if you want them back or just scrap them. We can send all not compliant parts back to you as well.

Your final assebly can be on our hands by providing your final packing and labeling prior to ship them to your customer. In this way you can send us your raw material in bulk pack and we send the specific amount and standard pack for your customer.
